Diwali Greetings to you !

Diwali festival of lights, smiles, food and family.  It also marks school vacations for children who look forward to a trip outside the city. 

Children without families also have dreams of celebrating Diwali.  We at Bal Asha Trust understand this very well and plan Diwali for our children much in advance as family.

This Diwali vacations are special as apart from wonderful festival plans we planned a trip for the kids to Lonavala.  Lonavala is a hill station about 100 kms from Mumbai. 

The planning included travel, stay, clothes, medicines, special diet, food and fun activities for them.

The children had an amazing time exploring the town and doing different activities.  They visited a Wax Museum, Dinosaur Park, Game World, 9D Cinema & Mirror Maze over two days.    They also enjoyed lovely home cooked food at a kitchen run by a family and had a snack at McDonalds.  They danced to Bollywood music and played games.  They are back to Bal Asha home with happy memories.

We are so thankful for the support we receive from our donors so that we could give wonderful trip to our children.
