Swaroopa volunteered at Bal Asha Trust for two years before pursuing her passion to do her Masters in Social Work from Pune University. She joined Bal Asha Trust as a full-time social worker in July 2000. Her passion has always been towards working for children with emotional, physical and rehabilitation needs. Working with children makes her smile and keeps her going.
