Updated February 9, 2024 Wed, December 6, 2017 I have a pill that's similar to tcl 340 oxycodone. It's not the same pill but has the same imprint. The image on the internet is not the same tcl image on the pill. It's also not the same shape. What could it be? 6 Replies If its the same exact imprint, but looks different, I'm gonna say its a homemade pressed pill. The tablet with the TCL 340 marking is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Tylenol, it does not and never has contained Oxycodone. (NDC Code: 49483-340) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. As to the differences in the tablets, it is not likely that anyone would fake Tylenol, but then again, who can say what some people might do in the interest of making a dollar or two. Are you sure that is the correct imprint on the tablet in question? Can you please double check and post back? Thank you! Source: DailyMed Tcl 340 oxycodone/acetaminophen is real. I have had them for 2 years as of now. I have never had a problem with them nor do I want one. I am good with what I have and I enjoy the pain relief they provide... Re: Tomm (# 3) Wrong this pill does not contain oxycodone. It is Tylenol, nothing more nothing less Re: Cody (# 5) No, at least not legitimate. Imprints are unique to each drug / manufacturer / dose.
