Amiodarone is a vesicant that can cause progressive and severe tissue destruction. Drug Interactions: amiodarone digoxin = increased digoxin levels; amiodarone warfarin = increased warfarin effect; amiodarone beta blockers = increased effects of both drugs; amiodarone calcium channel blockers = increased effects of both drugs
