I'm know I'm going to sound naive, but years ago, I read a similar story about a physical exam involving hemorrhoids. The Doctor prescribed medication and did a follow up exam 3 weeks later. The Doctor told the patient a sure way to prevent them from happening again. It led to the Doctor fucking the young man with follow up visits. It kind of made sense to me!
